A 58-year-old man was hit by an S-Bahn in Berlin-Mitte on Sunday night and died. In keeping with federal police, the person was on the lookout for returnable bottles on the tracks at Hackescher Markt. Accordingly, the 58-year-old was trapped between the S-Bahn and the sting of the platform.

The person was rescued by the hearth division, police stated. He died on the scene of the accident. The “BZ” had beforehand reported.
